Join Robert for an in-depth series of discussions designed to help you understand What the camera sees, as opposed to what we see. You will learn how to get more of What you see incorporated in the final image. These discussions will include; Understanding the light that you see vs. the light the camera can record; what you see is not what you get; how to see through the viewfinder; exposure perfection; translation to print; the importance of editing.
Robert will be joined by a very special guest: Michael Jones, Master Printer from West Coast Imaging and Adobe Genius. We will have a day in the lab to create an image with the class working alongside Robert and Michael. We will work toward the final "Artist's Proof" for a full exploration of the tools we have and how to create the Fine Art Print.
Over the course of the workshop there will be ample opportunity for Question and Answer, and one-on-one discussion and direction from both Robert and Michael. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to work with and learn from TWO Masters in the field of fine art photography and printing.
Lunch, paper, ink, PC workstations, Epson printers (2400, 3800, 7800's, 9800's) are all included in the cost of the workshop.
