This class is designed for those who are new to Photoshop and want to become more comfortable with the program. If you have tried to use Photoshop and have been frustrated by its complexity, this class is for you. You should have basic computer skills and know how to make folders, navigate to find files and open and close programs and their related documents. You will learn to optimize your images and many other creative techniques such as converting to black and white, making panoramas and printing your work. You will gain insight into developing a logical workflow, organizing and storing your files, file formats, converting RAW files, and working nondestructively using adjustment layers. We provide time in the evening to work on your own images and to practice what you have learned with an instructor present for assistance. By the time you leave this class, you will have a confident approach to image editing when you sit down at your computer.
